finally went out today. went to Walmart to get my groceries. other than dat, i bought some cosmetics and dvds too. spent nearly 60 bucks just on cosmetics and dvds alone. haha. Maybelline and Loreal cosmetics are selling so much cheaper here than in SG. speaking of which, i couldn't resist getting my hands on those mascaras and foundation; my current compact foundation is nearly used up.
besides, i have gotten myself "how to lose a guy in 10 days" and "city of angels" dvds, which costs only US$9.44 each! dere were even cheaper ones which are selling at US$7.50. wanted to get more dvds initially, but was stopped by linda who reminded me dat my priority was to get de groceries! i'm glad she did so, else i could have emptied de dvd shelves. wahaha.
being a typical shopaholic, i just can't resist good buys. to put it aptly, i just can't resist de temptation to spend. dat explains why i'm always broke. =\
bought half a dozen bottles of Bacardi Silver (Green Apple flavor), for de sake of yawen. well linda bought it for us actually, since we are not allowed to purchase any alcohol under de age of 21. -.-''' soon-to-be 21, yawen said she wanted to try some alcoholic drinks and so she had her request granted. her birthday's next week!
after lunch, dis silly ger tried to gei2 kiang3, drank 3/4 of de Bacardi. after which, she felt damn warm and her face turned incredibly red. de alcohol content is only 4%. haha! should have taken a photo of her - de virgin drinker. =P
will be going to linda's house in de afternoon tmr. she invited us over for dinner. how sweet of her. i can get to play with Cleo again. wee~~ she's such an adorable little puppy (she's a schnauzer)...
